Return Policy: We do not accept returns for refund and we do not offer price adjustments. However, regularly priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and all original tags intact. Please note that all sales on discounted goods/sale items, publications, undergarments, swimsuits/bodysuits, jewellery and cosmetics are final. Shipping and customs/duties charges are non-refundable. 

Return instructions: Customers who wish to return an item for store credit must contact us at info@soopsoop.ca prior to posting the item(s) in order to obtain appropriate instructions. Returned items will be subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival to ensure that they have not been worn, used or otherwise altered. Once it has been deemed that a returned item is in perfect, original condition, a store credit for the item's purchase price will be issued. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Special cases:
In the rare event that a product is defective, or that the wrong item was received, please email us at info@soopsoop.ca or phone us at the shop at 1-647-748-7667 as soon as possible. We will asses the situation and rectify such issues with urgency. If an item is being returned due to an error or defect on our end (barring damage resulting from transport), we will assume all return shipping costs.
