Order fulfillment: Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase from Tuesday to Sunday, excluding Canadian national holidays. Orders placed on Mondays or holidays will be fulfilled on the next available business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order's fulfillment which will include any applicable tracking information. 

Delivery timing: Estimated delivery times and their associated shipping rates are generated in real time by Canada Post during the checkout process. All orders are shipped out according to each customer's selection. From time-to-time deliveries can become delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers outside of Canada must be aware of potential customs delays at the receiving country.

Parcel tracking: Packages shipped within Canada and the United States automatically include tracking. Customers outside of Canada and the United States will be prompted to select their preferred shipping option and associated rate; both tracked and more cost-effective non-tracked options are available. While tracking international packages greatly increases the cost of shipping, it is always recommended. Any applicable tracking information will be sent to customers via email upon order fulfillment.

Shipping costs: Shipping charges are calculated in real time by Canada Post during the checkout process, and are determined by a package's weight, dimensions and destination. The shipment service (non-tracked, tracked, etc.) will also affect the cost of shipping. All available options and their associated rates will be presented during your checkout process for your selection.

Customs/Duties: Packages shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and local/domestic taxes upon arrival. Customs charges are levied by the country to which the package is delivered and are the sole responsibility of the package recipient. We operate legally and compliance with international shipping regulations. As such, orders will be listed at their full current retail price on any/all customs declaration documentation.

Carrier information: All packages are shipped via Canada Post. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to a third-party delivery system (i.e. Canada Post). We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
